Job Title: SEN Teacher with Maths Specialism
Location: The Holden School, Leigh WN7 4SB
Salary: Up to £37,000.00 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

4-Day Working Week (4DWW) trial: you can work one day less each week (or equivalent hours) while still receiving full-time pay. The school will adopt 4DWW once we have a full team; rollout is underway across the wider group, and you can join #teamOFG.

You will bring creativity and practicality to your teaching, helping students engage with manipulatives and hands-on learning, particularly in Maths, while fostering confidence and independence. This role is suitable for teachers early in their career looking to grow into a Subject Lead, or experienced Subject Leads eager to strengthen our bespoke curriculum and make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality SEN and Maths teaching within a therapeutic-led framework.
* Plan, deliver, and differentiate engaging lessons that meet the needs of learners with diverse needs.
* Collaborate with Class Teams, Pastoral Team, and Therapists to support holistic pupil development.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting approaches to promote engagement and independence.
* Contribute to curriculum development and the wider bespoke curriculum.
Qualifications Required
* UK QTS or equivalent
* Degree in a relevant subject
