The Role
As Head of Brand, you’ll be responsible for the strategic direction, creative leadership, and execution of the full brand portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and leading a team of experienced marketers, you’ll drive performance across all consumer channels while acting as a key voice in shaping the brand’s future.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Category, and Finance to ensure brand and commercial strategies are fully aligned, and build strong partnerships with top-tier creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of brand strategy, positioning, and long-term planning in line with broader commercial goals.
Inspire and manage a high-performing marketing team, setting clear objectives and supporting professional growth.
Build and nurture strong agency relationships to drive impactful campaigns across ATL, digital, and shopper channels.
Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans that build brand equity, drive penetration, and support direct-to-consumer performance.
Translate consumer, category, and market insight into actionable strategy and innovation.
Represent brand thinking in senior forums and ensure alignment across functions.
Manage a significant brand budget with a focus on performance and ROI.
What We’re Looking For
Extensive experience in a senior brand marketing role within the food & drink or broader FMCG sector.
Proven success building consumer brands through strategy, storytelling, and execution.
Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and grow high-performing teams.
Excellent agency management skills, with a passion for driving creative excellence.
Data and insight-led, commercially sharp, and confident making strategic decisions.
A collaborative, clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement across all levels.
Hands-on, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with hybrid flexibility.
