Key Responsibilities
* Provide hands‑on support to solicitors with case preparation, filings, and trial support
* Draft, review, and organise legal documents and correspondence with precision
* Conduct legal research and present clear, concise summaries
* Manage case files, deadlines, court submissions, and legal calendars
* Act as a professional point of contact for clients, courts, and third parties
* Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures at all times
Qualifications
* Paralegal certificate or associate's degree in paralegal studies (or equivalent practical experience), must be in Scottish Law
* Previous experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role is advantageous
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational ability with a keen eye for detail
* Confident user of Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
* Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
