About the Role
It is all about coffee, but not just any coffee – it’s Costa Coffee! You will perfect your craft through amazing training, ensuring every customer experience is awesome. You will take accountability of the profit and loss for the store and look to maximise where possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Efficient management of the store operation, ensuring we deliver the best coffee experience to our customers.
* Plan and coordinate weekly rosters, shifts and staff holidays.
* Drive sales growth by working with the team to maximise key sales areas and KPIs.
* Effective financial management of the store’s P&L, working to productivity and gross profit targets.
* Develop the team, ensuring all members receive the best training in-store and via the online learning platform.
* Support and motivate the team, coaching and engaging to drive their performance and deliver excellent customer service and store standards.
* Manage stock and order systems for food & consumables, ensuring 100% supply of items for customers.
* Ensure the store operates adhering to all company policies, procedures, brand standards, food & health & safety checks and statutory hygiene practices.
What We Are Looking For
An experienced general or deputy hospitality manager from a preferred branded background, passionate about people, with a flair for great service and attention to detail. This is a full‑time role requiring a fully flexible approach to work.

* A commercial mind capable of thinking ahead and seeing the bigger picture to maximise sales opportunities.
* A brand ambassador ensuring strong attention to brand standards.
