What You’ll Need
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in an early years setting
* Strong working knowledge of EYFS
* Confidence managing a small key group
* Understanding of safeguarding requirements
Desirable
* Montessori training or experience in a Montessori nursery
* Paediatric First Aid certificate
What You’ll Do
* Deliver planned learning activities in line with EYFS and Montessori principles
* Prepare and maintain indoor and outdoor classroom environments
* Observe, assess and record children’s progress
* Support children’s independence through practical life activities
* Maintain safeguarding, health and safety standards
* Communicate clearly with parents and colleagues regarding development and daily routines
