Responsibilities
A Welcome Break Supervisor would ideally:
* Lead a team and work with management to support and motivate staff to ensure customers are well looked after.
* Have some prior experience working in retail or catering as a Team Leader or supervisor
* Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
* Have ambition to go far in their management career.
