Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Operative from a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Main Duties:
Skills & Experience:
* Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematic diagrams
* Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
* Willingness to work shifts and additional hours when required
* Time served with experience in a heavy industrial environment
* Ability to work effectively on own initiative and as part of a team
* Experience with CNC lathes and machining centres is advantageous
* Knowledge of Siemens 840C / 840D control systems and 611 drives
* Providing breakdown cover for electrical and mechanical issues
* Electrical fault finding and repair of production machines
* Assisting fitters with mechanical breakdowns and repairs
* PLC fault finding skills
* Ability to identify and lead process improvements
* Carrying out preventative maintenance in line with PPM schedules
* Fault identification and reporting on CMMS system
* Maintaining plant and equipment to high standards
* Electrical installation work adhering to current wiring standards
* Maintenance of building electrical services and office infrastructure
They require an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
* Strong fault-finding abilities
* Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
* City & Guilds 17th / 18th Edition
* Good IT skills; CMMS experience is advantageous but training will be provided
Salary / Hourly Rates:
* 3-shift pattern: 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, and 10pm to 6am
* GBP40K to GBP44K
Successful candidates must pass a drugs & alcohol test before starting.
