About the Job
The Nourish Partnership Programme guides care providers in selecting the most appropriate integrated solutions to bolster the impact of Nourish’s core product offering and helps providers navigate the broader digital ecosystem. We currently offer several partner software solutions and are onboarding a dedicated Partner Solution Advisor to focus on the sales of these solutions and serve as a trusted advisor to customers.

The role and your responsibilities
* Forecasting – Manage and maintain accurate opportunity tracking data and quarterly forecasts
* Hunter mentality – conduct frequent sales outreach to Nourish customer base to maintain high partner solution awareness
* Work to individual and team targets
* Actively engage and generate leads for business development
* Be an ambassador for the Nourish Partnership Programme, maintaining partner product and sector expertise and acting as a credible advisor to care providers
* Meet with prospects (in person and virtually), demonstrate partner solutions, and present them to stakeholders at all levels in the care sector
* Attend networking and sector-specific events
* Develop long-lasting relationships with customers and support them beyond the sale of partner solutions
Required experience
* Demonstrated track record selling SaaS solutions for at least 2 years
* Experience in the social care sector, specifically selling to care providers, with a strong understanding of the social care digital ecosystem
* Results-driven, ambitious, and confident
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to learn, methodical, organized, with attention to detail
* Strong sales results in comparable roles
* Advanced experience with CRM and MS Office suite
* Passion for the social care sector
* Commitment to growth and collaboration within Nourish
