Our reception team are the face of our business. As front of house, our team are committed to delivering exemplary customer service at all times whilst offering compassion, patience and dedication in a variety of situations. About you
You’ll be an experienced receptionist, ideally from a veterinary or clinical background, although not essential, you will have a high level of confidence and passion to work with customers and their beloved pets.
This role will be part of our reception team working face to face and back office support. You will deliver exemplary client care to our customers and their pets.
A valid driving licence is required due to the lack of transport links in the area.
Our receptionists must have sufficient computer skills. Most importantly, you’ll share and demonstrate our values. These are humility, respect, empathy, work ethic, honesty, communication, and teamwork.

Rota
Roles available for 30hrs and 40hrs per week. Every receptionist is required to join the weekend and bank holiday rota.
