Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Part 3 or Part 2 Architectural Graduate with conservation experience, based in Oxford. The role involves assisting in various architectural design tasks across RIBA Stages. Key responsibilities include preparing concept designs, developing technical details, working with conservation specialists, preparing detailed drawings and presentations, and collaborating with clients, consultants, and colleagues to deliver prestigious conservation and architectural projects.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in architectural design, technical drawing, and 3D software such as Archicad, Revit, or similar tools
* Knowledgeable in conservation methodologies and experience working with heritage or listed buildings
* Strong project management, organization, and presentation skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and consultants
* A good understanding of RIBA Stages and the planning process
* Experience working on conservation or architectural projects is highly desirable
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
