ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re now looking for an ambitious and driven Graduate Quality Control Engineer to join our high-performance team. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in the reliability and performance of some of the most competitive cars in world motorsport.
Whilst working in our Quality Control Department, you will work alongside the Engineering and Design teams being the interface between them and the department.
The role and responsibilities include:
* Support planning and forecasting to keep quality control activities aligned with project timelines.
* Learn and improve inspection processes and procedures across the department.
* Prepare and issue technical documentation to support quality and build requirements.
* Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections to maintain high standards.
* Assist with tracking and lifing of components to ensure usage is recorded accurately.
* Analyse and report on issues to help improve reliability, quality, and performance.
* Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve non-conformance issues.
* Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and ensure accurate measurement data.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:
* Educated to BEng or MEng degree level in Motorsport Engineering/Technology, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Fundamental understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and measurement techniques.
* A genuine passion for motorsport and a drive to progress within a high-performance engineering environment.
* Keen to learn and ready to get hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
* Have a meticulous attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving.
* Excellent interpersonal, relationship and team building skills, and share our determination to deliver the very best results.
* Pride yourself on delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
Preferred Experience:
* Previous work experience in the motorsport industry on an industrial placement year, or hands on practical experience (either volunteering on race weekends or formula student) would be beneficial.
