About the Nursery
Busy Bees in Coventry Allesley Green, an Ofsted‑rated Outstanding facility with a capacity of 46 children. The centre is led by Centre Director Becky Curran with 32 years of experience, alongside staff Chris Lewis and Patricia Ward. The facility offers free lunch and parking and is accessible by bus.
Responsibilities
* Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
* Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
Qualifications
* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
* Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
* Good communication and organisational skills, with the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
