Job Description This is a Part-time position, FTC until the end of April 2027 Pub Partners is the tenanted, franchise and leased division of Greene King, made up of around 1,000 pubs across England, Scotland and Wales. We are looking for a Commercial Recruitment Coordinator to support the recruitment process for licensees across our tenanted, franchise and leased pub estate. This is a key coordination and administration role, supporting applicants from their first enquiry through to appointment approval. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager and based at Greene King Support Centre in Bury St Edmunds, you will work closely with the Operations Team and Business Development Managers to help deliver a smooth, compliant and well-organised recruitment journey. This role would suit someone who is confident speaking to people over the phone, highly organised, comfortable managing administration and paperwork, and able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. As Commercial Recruitment Coordinator, you will: Support and coordinate the licensee recruitment process for tenanted, franchise and leased pub opportunities. Nurture applicants through the journey, from initial contact through to appointment approval. Conduct telephone screenings and initial candidate conversations in a professional and engaging manner. Send and manage key recruitment documents, paperwork and information for potential franchise, leased and tenanted applicants. Process offers and support the completion of required recruitment administration. Coordinate business plans and ensure they are shared with the relevant Business Development Manager. Work closely with the Operations Team to understand recruitment requirements and priorities. Support targeted recruitment activity in line with recruitment plans and business needs. Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data using CRM and internal systems. Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including applicant numbers, active vacancies and pubs currently recruiting. Help ensure the recruitment process is followed in line with statutory legislation, the Pubs Code and internal process requirements. Provide a positive, professional and consistent experience for applicants and stakeholders throughout the process.
