My client, a fast growing and very well established Marketing Agency are on the search for a Sales Director. Working with some behemoth brands in various industries, they create client campaigns that drive sales through the roof and maximize ROAS. As a Sales Director you would be an individual contributor responsible for the 360 sales process, generating new business through client direct sales and managing the full sales pipeline.
They offer a very strong base salary along with a top tier uncapped commission structure PLUS a tiered bonus that could add an extra 15% on top of your base. Ideally, the successful candidate comes from a Marketing or Advertising Agency and has client contacts that could be helpful to getting off to a hot start.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering customized solutions to meet their objectives
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative sales strategies, proposals, and presentations
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth
