Pay Rate: £95-£120 per day (dependent on experience)

We are working with a supportive secondary school in Northampton offering a Graduate Teacher Training pathway starting in September 2026 or April 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your confidence in the classroom while developing the skills needed to progress into a PGCE, SCITT, QTS, or teacher apprenticeship route.
About the Role
This full-time, paid position is designed to give you hands-on experience in a school setting. You'll work closely with experienced teachers, gradually take on more responsibility, and develop key skills such as lesson delivery, behaviour management, and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver pre-prepared lessons with support from qualified teachers
Support students across different subjects and year groups
Run small group interventions or one-to-one support sessions
Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom
Assist with lesson planning, resources, and general classroom support
Build valuable experience to support future teacher training applicationsWho This Suits
