Very quick & curious – needs close supervision as she may run if given the chance Communication can be tricky, but she connects in her own brilliant way What Your Days Might Look Like: Trips to the pool & water play Singing, music & sensory fun Soft play adventures Supporting with snacks & simple meals ❤️ Providing reassurance, safety & lots of encouragement Support Needed: Personal care including nappies & toileting support Encouraging safe independence Always Keeping her safe (very important) Supporting fun, structure & routine What We’re Looking For: Female PA (essential due to personal care) ✅ Experience with children with additional needs (formal or informal) ⚡ Active, quick-thinking & always one step ahead Someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children Patient, kind, playful & reliable You’ll basically live in trainers – this is a busy role!
