What the Role Involves:
You’ll be supporting customers from the very first idea, through design and quoting, right up to installation. It’s a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in shaping designs, sharing advice, and making the process feel seamless and enjoyable.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
* Has a natural eye for interiors and styling
* Is approachable, professional, and great with people
* Enjoys helping others feel confident in their choices
* Can stay organised while juggling details
* Is open to learning tools like AutoCAD (full training provided)
* Thrives in a small, supportive team environment
* Brings real enthusiasm and reliability to their work
Experience in design is helpful, but not essential. More important is your personality, your passion for design, and your ability to connect with people.
This could suit someone with experience in interior retail, design consultancy, customer service retail sales, or someone simply looking to turn their love for interiors into a meaningful career.

Structure of the role: The vacancy is full time but only 36hrs per week. You also get 33 days annual leave and become part of their profit share scheme. Based at their impressive new showroom you will have free parking on site.
