Role Description
This is a full-time, (largely on site) role for a Business Development Manager located near Aylesbury. The Business Development Manager will focus on generating new leads, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include building your own customer base, assisting fleet decision makers with appropriate fleet solutions, and working to deliver value adding solutions throughout.
Qualifications
* Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
* Experience in business strategy development and market analysis
* Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
* Experience in commercial vehicles or vehicle conversions is preferred (the absence of this will require an individual willing to learn these aspects in their own time to be fully up to speed).
* Motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
* Valid UK driver’s license
