Team and Responsibilities
The chemical processing team handles several special processes, supporting manufacturing of core types and new processes on new equipment. You will report to the ME Section Lead and collaborate with Producibility, Design, Operations, and Quality teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to business-critical tasks related to chemical processes, including production support and NPI
* Work with a team to resolve technical issues focusing on Quality, Cost, & Delivery
* Maintain engineering governance and support NPI objectives
* Manage workload and resource capacity effectively
* Promote employee engagement and continuous improvement
Candidate Profile
* Degree in Engineering or Chemical discipline or equivalent
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in manufacturing, preferably chemical processing
* Knowledge of process improvement tools; Green Belt or higher qualification preferred
* Understanding of Manufacturing Engineering processes and tools
* Experience working in operations environment
* Knowledge of Submarines Enterprise and Rolls-Royce’s role is advantageous
