Contract Support Administrator – Cambridge
We are seeking a detail-driven Contract Support Administrator to join a leading facilities management provider, supporting world-class clients across data centres and commercial buildings.
About the Role
As Contract Support, you will be the backbone of the operations team – producing reports, managing financial data, raising purchase orders and invoices, and keeping day-to-day administration on track. You’ll play a key role in supporting month-end reviews, monitoring work in progress, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services. Occasional site visits and client interaction will keep the role varied and engaging.
Key Responsibilities

Produce financial and statistical reports for a busy contract portfolio
*
Support month-end reviews with finance and management teams
*
Manage purchase orders, work orders, and invoicing processes
*
Monitor WIP, debt, and open purchase orders
*
Collate data for internal and external reports
*
Maintain accurate client files and carry out quarterly audits
*
Handle queries with professionalism and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
*
2+ years’ experience in a similar administrative/finance role
*
Strong organisational and numerical skills (GCSE Maths & English essential)
*
Proactive, detail-orientated, and confident working with data
*
Great communication skills and a collaborative approach
