An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and detail-oriented Scientist to join a dynamic in vivo research team, working on groundbreaking projects in pre-clinical and clinical studies. The Role This position is ideal for a motivated individual with hands-on in vivo experience. Key responsibilities include: Animal care and welfare – primarily working with rodent models Dosing and sample collection in compliance with Home Office PIL regulations Monitoring health and well-being of animal models Designing and conducting in vivo experiments Experience with handling, oral gavage, bleeds Dissection and tissue collection for further laboratory analysis Accurate record-keeping to ensure compliance with Home Office regulations We’re looking for candidates with: 3 years of experience in in vivo research Hands-on experience with sample collection, euthanasia and surgery Experience working with in vivo disease models Ability to independently plan and execute experiments Home Office PIL A and C licence Experience in dosing techniques If you’re passionate about in vivo research and ready to work on meaningful projects in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!
