You’ll bring broad knowledge and understandingof this area, and experience in leading a servicewould be a definite advantage. You must be a balanced leader, able to play a full part in SLT as well as inspiringand engaging colleagues at all levels. Extensive andvaried experience of working well with partners andproviders from all sectors will complete your skillset.
