We are currently working with a large SEN provision to recruit for Learning Support Assistants on a temp to perm basis.</p><h3>Role Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Support pupils on a 1:1 basis, and in small groups to encourage academic and emotional development</li><li>Build rapport with students, parents and other staff members</li><li>Prepare and implement learning resources alongside the class teacher</li></ul><h3>Role Requirements:</h3><ul><li>A recent degree or masters in Psychology</li><li>Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)</li><li>Previous experience supporting complex needs is desired but not essential</li></ul><h3>To Be Eligible You Must:</h3><ul><li>Hold the Right to Work in the UK</li><li>Have an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or be willing to apply)</li><li>Be able to provide two professional child-related references</li></ul><p><b>Please submit your up-to-date CV to be considered.
