Key Responsibilities: Take complete charge of the school print room, producing high-volume copies, booklets, tests, and homework sheets. Bind, laminate, staple, and trim documents to a professional standard. Maintain and clean equipment daily, proactively replacing consumables like toner, staple cartridges, and waste containers. Manage print requests sent via email or the school intranet, organizing the workflow to meet daily deadlines. Maintain an organized tracking system for all paper and print inventory to prevent supply shortages. Ensure school security protocols are strictly followed when handling internal assessments or confidential paperwork. Requirements: Prior experience in a print-production environment, corporate mailroom, or school resource room. Good administrative skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for monitoring supply inventory and costs.
