Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for a Transformation Coach to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position until 31st March 2026.
Umbrella Pay Rate: £34.42 per hour.
We are currently on an Engineering Technology Transformation within our Organisation. We are looking for somebody to join us in support of delivering one of our major objectives in ensuring the delivery of our Enterprise Feature & Technology Cycle plan for future customer requirements.
This will include, but not be limited to:
* Running the cadence of alignment of Demand Process/Enterprise Roadmap/Technology Delivery Framework.
* 90 day lookahead of all Projects fed into weekly milestone reviews including onboarding of projects and people.
* Working with the teams to best refine the process and gateways as we continue to Transform.
* Delivery of a Feature and Technology Roadmap to enable the Tech Leads to present their tech ambition status.
* Alignment of content between Product Strategy and Tech Platforms through the Technical Ambition Leads.
* Supporting other Transformation activity that may come about.
