As the Senior Technician, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality repairs and performance upgrades, ensuring customer satisfaction across a varied range of vehicles.

Repair and maintain a diverse range of vehicles
Fit performance upgrades including exhausts, brakes, and superchargers
Tune and remap vehicles to optimise engine performance
Advise customers regarding repair and service times
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of work
Ensure health and safety compliance within the workshop environmentCandidate Specification:
Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
Proven experience as a vehicle technician, with a background in performance upgrades preferred
Knowledge of vehicle tuning and remapping processes
Full UK driving licence
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
