The Role
As a Midday Meal Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring pupils have a safe and enjoyable lunchtime. You'll supervise children in the dining hall and playground, encourage positive behaviour, and promote good manners and healthy eating habits.
Responsibilities
* Supervising pupils during the lunch period, both indoors and outdoors
* Encouraging positive play and social interaction
* Supporting children with any issues that arise, ensuring their safety and wellbeing
* Promoting good table manners and positive behaviour
* Helping to keep dining and play areas clean and tidy
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience working with or caring for children (school or community setting)
* A patient, caring and reliable attitude
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive environment
* Punctual, responsible, and approachable
