Salary: £15ph
The Role:
We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes, ensuring that guests start their day with a memorable meal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook breakfast to a consistently high standard
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
* Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed
* Work efficiently to serve guests within a limited breakfast time window
* Support the kitchen team with prep work when needed
* Communicate effectively with front-of-house and other kitchen staff
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a breakfast chef or in a similar role
* Excellent knowledge of breakfast menus and food preparation techniques
* Food hygiene certification & Food Allergen (we can offer training)
* Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
* Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
* Own transport or Live in provided
