* Part-qualified or Newly Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) considered
* Experience working within a manufacturing or similar environment
* Ability to support costing, budgeting, forecasting and month-end
* Strong communication skills and confidence working with non-finance teams to translate financial reports
* Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
