What you’ll be doing:
* Leading month-end processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting
* Maintaining financial integrity through reconciliations, adjustments, and policy oversight
* Driving system-led change initiatives from concept to implementation
* Owning and improving finance processes, with a focus on controls and automation
* Acting as the key link between Finance and IT, aligning systems with business goals
* Managing finance data strategy and ensuring high-quality system performance
* Supporting team development, training, and succession planning
* Overseeing audit requirements and ensuring robust data verification
What we’re looking for:
* A proactive finance professional with strong systems expertise
* ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified Accountant
* Must have strong SAP knowledge
* Experience driving process improvement and transformation
* Ability to bridge finance and IT, translating business needs into solutions
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation and efficiency
