Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver high‑quality, differentiated teaching to students with SEN
2. Plan and adapt lessons to meet a wide range of learning needs
3. Work closely with support staff, therapists, and the wider SEN team
4. Build positive, trusting relationships with students and families
5. Contribute to EHCP reviews, assessments, and personalised learning plans
6. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
Requirements
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
8. Experience working with SEN students (Autism, SEMH, or complex needs)
9. Strong behaviour management and de‑escalation skills
10. Ability to differentiate effectively and personalise learning
11. A calm, patient, and resilient approach
12. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
