Lichfield IT Full Time, Permanent The Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of the company’s computer systems, servers, and data security systems. This role involves managing IT staff, ensuring system performance, implementing new technologies, and providing expert guidance to enhance the efficiency of the organization's IT infrastructure. Your areas of knowledge and expertise: Relevant degree or industry qualifications in IT such as CompTIA A/Net/Sec, Cisco CCNA etc. Proven experience managing IT systems and infrastructure. Strong technical background with experience in system administration, network management, and IT support. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows operating systems, and common IT applications. Familiarity with virtualization technologies, cloud computing, and network security. Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is highly desirable. Experience with Cyber Essentials Plus certification processes and compliance requirements.
