This industry leading, F&B-focused, 60 guest room and suite property offers breathtaking 180-degree views over Roebuck Bay and the famous monthly “staircase to the moon” experience. The hotel also features Johnny Sausage, a 2025 Top 100 WA Good Food Guide finalist, a vibrant Italian restaurant voted Broome’s best restaurant in 2024 on Trip Advisor.The role of General Manager requires a highly organised, energetic, and experienced hotel operator who can lead an experienced team from the front while maintaining a strategic business focus.
