What You'll Do
As a self-employed Enforcement Agent, youll visit homes and businesses to collect outstanding debts on behalf of clients. This is a field-based role where no two days are the same. Full training, City & Guilds accreditation, and ongoing support will be provided.

Ideal Backgrounds
We welcome applicants with experience in:
* Close Protection, Private or Maritime Security
* Military/Armed Forces (Royal Marines, Navy, Air Force, etc.)
* Debt Recovery, Civil Enforcement, Doorstep Collections
* Door-to-Door or Field Sales (B2B/B2C)
* Security (SIA Licence), Housing or Immigration Officers
* Self-Employed Professionals or Business Owners
What Youll Need
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Ability to pass a DBS (CRB) background check
* Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
* High level of professionalism, ethics, and personal resilience
* Self-motivated, confident working on a commission-only basis
* Willingness to learn and grow within the role
