We're now looking for a dedicated Business Account Manager to join our Contract New Build Team and help drive continued success across the region. About the Role You'll take full ownership of our established relationships with leading New Build Contractors, acting as the key point of contact. By combining strong professional sales skills with in-depth product knowledge, you'll promote our premium range and ensure we deliver the high standards our customers expect on sites throughout the area. Key Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional account management and service to existing clients - Handle quotations, call-offs, amendments, variations, extras, delivery scheduling, debt management, and customer expectations - Drive turnover growth across existing accounts and secure opportunities with new ones (sales experience highly desirable) - Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and the wider customer landscape This is a pivotal, hands-on role where you'll manage customer requirements end-to-end and play a direct part in our ongoing expansion.
