Neal is a 28-year-old man living in his own home in Auchterarder who requires support to live his good life. He is recruiting for a number of Personal Development Workers (support workers) to join his team.
Neal uses British Sign Language to communicate, so an ability to communicate using BSL would be an advantage, but a willingness to learn is essential (training will be provided).
Neal enjoys an active life: swimming, horse riding, walking, trampolining, and occasional running. He loves to be outdoors enjoying nature and spending time with animals.

Neal requires support 24/7, so some Waking Nights and Sleepover shifts may be required.
