Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, supporting business growth, and leading a high-performing office team. Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and improve lead conversion rates, ensuring maximum client engagement.
* Drive occupancy growth through effective planning and client management.
* Oversee the execution of marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Promote referral growth through strong client relationships and networking.
2. Systems & Processes
* Ensure adherence to established processes, maintaining a high compliance rate.
* Monitor system efficiency and data accuracy across all operational platforms.
* Champion system adoption and provide training to staff as required.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
* Maintain fee collection rates in line with business targets.
* Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial targets are met
* Ensure the business is audit-ready at all times with accurate documentation and reporting.
4. People & Team Development
* Retain and develop a motivated, high-performing team.
* Oversee staff training and professional development initiatives.
* Foster staff engagement and a positive working culture.
* Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
5. Leadership & Strategy
* Set goals and conduct performance reviews with team members.
