About Our Client

Our Client is one of the leading technology and gaming Company for which we are looking for an HR Director.

Job Description

The role is in charge of firm's both short and long-term people, office management and administration functionalities.Being responsible for keeping a company "lean and mean"; work to improve firm's efficiency continuously. HR & Admin Lead should understand several aspects of the organization and supervise all business heads and top-level executives for their needs. This role typically combines two critical areas: People and Office Management. Regarding HR, oversees the planning, development, and management of all aspects related to human resources. Regarding Administration, oversees all the duties of administration duties and office procedures.

As reporting to CEO, role's key relationships are as below;

* Translating strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual HR plan
* Overseeing company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met
* Monitoring and analyzing People metrics & analytics to oversee the risks, gaps and strengths of the organization
* Leading the adoption of advanced technologies (e.g., data analytics, automation) to improve HR processes and insights
* Identifying and mitigating people and office related risks, including operational, health and safety
* Stakeholder Communication; Communicating the company's people strategies, and agenda to shareholders and board members
* Ensuring adherence to ethical standards and governance best practices
* Supporting the board in aligning business practices with corporate responsibility and sustainability goals
* Ensure full support and compliance to company and sector related license implementations, renewals
* Ensure full compliance with Responsible Gaming approach & principles within the teams and support awareness for responsible gaming culture within the firm

Functional Operational Activities:
o Work as a strategic business advisor to the Senior Leadership Team (ELT) on all HR related matters, how to achieve and exceed business targets, and advise on any people related plans, impact and change
o Manage, coach, and lead the People team to ensure they are engaged and provide first class HR services and business partnering to the managers and employees.
o Input into Business Planning process including the HR strategy/plan and headcount forecast.
o Work with the regional and local stakeholder HR teams and leadership members to ensure global and local initiatives and activities are carried out with consistency.
o Manage and report on the HR Budget (HR financial analysis), ensuring optimum allocation of resources.
o Support, advise and implement Global and/or local HR Tools and participate in global / local project team (ex: Workday Projects-HRIS tool, Learn- online training tool,
o Support, advise and implement Global and/or local HR new projects (Talent Program, Succession Program, Banding etc).
o Responsible for the management of Employer branding, Wellbeing, DEI and CSR activities according to the global/local/internal HR agenda (with related local and global teams if necessary).
o Manage the annual salary, benefits review and administration process and manage all relevant benefits and rewards programs including reviewing market trends and implementing new initiatives when required.
o Oversee outsource Payroll provider ensuring requirements are met including monthly payroll, audit and compliance.
o Manages vendor relationships

* Decision-making: Has a superior decision-making skills with an alternative solution perspective
* Communication: Should possess executive-level communication and influencing skills with the ability to resolve issues, build consensus among groups of diverse internal/external stakeholders, and have proven skill in negotiating and mediating
* People Advocacy: Builds human-centric organizational cultures that promote productivity and wellbeing, navigating change, and holding the organization to ethical and sustainable standards
* Digital Agility: High HR technological expertise to increase the impact of HR
* Active Listening skills
* Should display high Emotional intelligence (EI) skills
