Technicians serve as a vital link between the Team Leader and operatives, specializing in Signalling & Telecoms. You'll work outdoors in all conditions, handling manual, electrical, and digital equipment, often in challenging terrains, near moving trains.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications

* Technical Skills: Inspection, faulting, maintenance, and renewal techniques relevant to the discipline.
* Safety: Role model safe behaviors, implement safe systems, and challenge unsafe situations.

* Willingness to Learn: Continuous development of skills and knowledge.
* Relevant Qualification: NVQ Level 1 or 2, or equivalent experience.

* Driving Licence: Category B required.
