Deputy Nurse Manager - £46,800 As the Deputy Nurse Manager, you’ll be working closely with the Home Manager while staying closely connected to the clinical side of the service. You’ll be visible on the floor, supporting nurses, guiding care, and stepping in where it matters - whether that’s handling complex clinical decisions or raising overall standards across the home. Before You Apply This role requires current NMC registration (RGN or RMN) and recent nursing home experience in a senior role. Applicants must be confident supporting clinical governance and CQC compliance. This position is not suitable for newly qualified nurses or those without nursing home experience.
