What you’ll be doing:
* Overseeing inbound performance, capacity planning, and governance processes
* Ensuring smooth triage and escalation of inbound issues across key partners
* Developing tools, policies, and processes to improve supply chain operations
* Driving continuous improvement across logistics and supplier management
* Collaborating with senior stakeholders across Ocado and external partners
What we’re looking for:
* Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, or retail operations
* Comfortable with data, KPIs, and root cause analysis
* Confident building governance processes and influencing stakeholders
* Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills
* Previous leadership or coaching experience in an operational environment
This role is hybrid, based in Hatfield, with 2–3 days per week onsite.
The interview process will typically include two stages.
