Job Description:
Our Delivery Managers are responsible for the successful delivery of projects within an account and for driving account growth as part of a cross-functional team. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing successful outcomes and delivery in the Financial Services Sector across multiple technologies
* Delivering applications, services, products, or platforms
* Ensuring governance, standards, and quality metrics are maintained throughout project delivery
* Managing delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements
* Supporting presales and business development efforts, including producing contractual documentation such as Statements of Work and supporting bid responses
* Motivating and empowering teams to foster an inclusive and positive culture aligned with Version 1 Core Values
Qualifications:
* Proven success in managing technology project outcomes in Financial Services
* Experience leading delivery teams in multi-supplier environments
* Strong understanding of technology solutions, challenges, and opportunities
* Effective communication and negotiation skills
* Commercial awareness with experience in building client partnerships and business development
* Presales and business development experience
* Ability to build high-caliber delivery teams
