About the Company
Exafield Ltd is a medical fieldwork company. We started in March 2016 and have gone from strength to strength in terms of business growth. We service the medical and pharmaceutical market research industry by recruiting and setting up many different types of interviews & discussions with various patients & healthcare professionals across the NHS and private sectors. We use client provided profiling tools and a telephone/email/social media/desk research approach to find the right type of doctors for our clients important research.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated & driven project manager.
Responsibilities
* Controlling time management
* Cost estimating / budget
* Communication with your client / team
* Ensuring customer satisfaction
* To meet the set project turnover targets
* Effectively manage a team of recruiters
* Direct and oversee completion of project
* Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
* Assess risks and establish contingency plans
* Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* 2+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
* Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
* Strong communication skills
* Experience working with a team

* Excellent client handling skills

* Excellent project management
Preferred Skills
* Good knowledge of market research methodologies
* A minimum understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
