Role title: Accounts Assistant (6 months FTC) Salary: Competitive Location: Huntingdon Hilton Foods are looking for an Accounts Assistant who will be responsible for assisting the ledger team with PL & SL responsibilities. As an Accounts Assistant some of the responsibilities will be to: - Assist with purchase invoice processing - matching to purchase orders and checking authorisation then digitally filling on the system. - Perform supplier statement reconciliations - ensuring our purchase ledger accounts are well maintained with any variances investigated and resolved with suppliers. - Assist with Sales invoicing - Raising and issuing sales invoices from ERP system then processing on finance system. - Performing credit control activities. To succeed as an Accounts Assistant, we ask that you have the following experience/expertise: - SAP - Microsoft office literacy with good knowledge of Excel.
