What you'll be doing:
* Supporting, monitoring, and developing our Housing Information Systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our users.
* Managing the day-to-day administration of systems, including setting up user access and liaising with external suppliers.
* Producing management reports and providing insights on system performance and IT-related issues.
* Delivering training sessions to staff on systems and IT equipment to ensure confident and effective use.
What we're looking for:
* Strong understanding of IT systems, ideally within a public sector environment.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in system administration and user support.
* A collaborative approach and a willingness to take initiative.
