Location: Liverpool (Hybrid working with occasional travel across the North West)
Salary: £26,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and highly respected charity based in Liverpool. We are looking for an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations across the organisation.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a varied role, managing multiple priorities, and providing high-quality support across different areas of the business.
The Role
As Administration Assistant, you will play an important part in supporting operational activities and maintaining effective administrative processes. You will work collaboratively across teams, coordinate information and resources, and help ensure a positive experience for colleagues and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing day-to-day administrative support across the organisation
* Maintaining accurate records, databases and internal systems
* Coordinating resources, equipment and documentation
* Responding to enquiries and providing information where appropriate
* Supporting internal communications and general correspondence
* Assisting with the planning and coordination of meetings, events and projects
* Monitoring and tracking activities and progress across multiple workstreams
* Supporting process improvements and contributing ideas for new initiatives
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and able to manage a varied workload effectively.
You will ideally have:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Good attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages
* The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
* A proactive and flexible approach to work
Essential Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to other sites across the North West
