The Opportunity Lead the design and integration of optical subsystems.Develop architectures & refine requirements.Work directly with multi-disciplinary teamsSystem integration activities on next-generation product development.Support proposals, design and customer engagements.Grow with the business as their engineering function continues to expand. What You Need Experience in designing optical, electro-optical or laser systems.Requirements capture, V&V, lifecycle engineering and systems design.Experience with FMEA/FTA, safety, reliability or risk management.Eligible for SC clearance + full UK driving licence.
