Permanent, Full time (35 hours per week)
Based in Glasgow / Hybrid – requires a minimum of two days per week in our Glasgow office, with flexibility to increase to meet project needs.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Data and Digital team, supporting project initiation through early stage discovery, process review and requirements definition.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with stakeholders across the organisation to analyse current processes, assess impacts and support options appraisal.
* Ensure initiatives are well scoped and governance ready.
* Communicate complex information clearly to different audiences.
* Manage multiple pieces of analysis simultaneously and contribute to improving business analysis tools, templates and approaches.
* Support the development of a consistent and auditable approach to project and PMO environments.
* Promote inclusive decision‑making, transparent communication and collaborative working.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong analytical skills, effective communication, attention to detail and organisational ability. Experience in a project or PMO environment that supports consistent, auditable ways of working is essential.
