Base pay range
HGV Tanker Driver – Metro Rod Coventry & Leicester
Salary £30,000 - £35,000 plus overtime and benefits

Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, Willow Pumps and Filta offer additional services focused on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, these brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.
What does it entail?
Your communication skills will ensure customers end their experience with the company’s service delighted and willing to recommend you. You will be used to working in a similar position within the industry and will understand Health & Safety requirements and customers’ expectations. You will also maintain an accurate and detailed documentation trail.
* Operating a variety of tanker units to carry out services associated with the tankers, including cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of drains, while delivering excellent customer service and technical expertise. Predominantly you will perform pre-planned maintenance works and, in some cases, emergency reactive work.
* Carrying out a range of services related to the cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customers’ drains
* Operation of high-pressure water jetting equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
* Carrying out surveys
* Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
* Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and apps
* Communicating effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service
What are we looking for?
* HGV class 2 licence
* High pressure water jetting and CCTV surveying qualifications or experience (preferable)
* Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge
* Positive, flexible, can-do attitude
* Desire to be part of a growing and progressive business
* Willing to work some unsociable hours
* Full UK driving licence
* Good level of literacy and numeracy
