We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-timeSales Advisor based at our Brigg kitchen and bathroom showroom.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales, outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident to work as part of a team and under their own initiative. Your key responsibilities will include;
* Offering excellent Customer Service and support to the Design team
* Welcoming customers in to carry out initial consultations and understand the customer needs prior to a design being completed.
* Answering external telephone calls.
* Inviting clients into the showroom for presentation of designs and quotation with a view to help secure orders for new sales
* Liaising with the Customer Service and After-Sales administration team to ensure timely processing of orders, deliveries and any aftersales issues
* Taking pride in the showroom to ensure displays are current, tidy and ready for customers to view
* Ensuring company workflow management systems are fully up to date and in line with internal processes
We are looking for someone with;
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* A positive confident attitude with a desire to provide first class customer service and succeed in supporting the showroom towards their annual target
* The ability to form positive relationships with colleague and customers
* Excellent written English and verbal communication skills.
* Proven track record of strong sales
* Strong initiative
* Excellent organisational skills

This is a Full-time role. The hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (with 1 hour for lunch) and 8:00am-12:30pm every other Saturday.
